(Safety positions are not frozen at this time.) <br />Richard Aragon to the classification of Fire Engineer in the Fire Department, effective <br />August 3, 1994. (Safety positions are not frozen at this time.) <br />Brandon Humphrey to the classification of Fire Captain in the Fire Department, effective <br />August 3, 1994. (Safety positions are not frozen at this time.) <br />John Rivera to the classification of Fire Captain in the Fire Department, effective August <br />3, 1994. (Safety positions are not frozen at this time.) <br />Brenda Vargas to the classification of Recreation Leader III in the Recreation & Human <br />Services Department, effective July 18, 1994. (This position is grant funded and not <br />frozen at this time.) <br />Voluntary <br />Demotion: Dennis Bickers from Firefigher/Paramedic to the classification of Firefighter in the Fire <br />Department, effective August 3, 1994. <br />AOP <br />
