RAMOS, CITY CLERK <br />SUBJECT: Resolution Reciting Fact and Result of the General <br />Municipal Election Held November 8, 1994 <br />Back round: <br />DATE: December 1, 1994 <br />On November 8, 1994, the City of Colton held a General Municipal Election for the Office of <br />Mayor at large, for the full term of four years; the Office of Councilmember for District 1, for <br />the full term of four years; the Office of Councilmember for District 2, for the full term of four <br />years and for the Office of Councilmember District 4, for the full term of four years. <br />Discussion <br />The attached resolution recites the following: <br />1. The fact of the General Municipal Election. <br />2. The Registrar of Voter's Certificate of Canvass, Exhibit "A". <br />3. Declares the whole number of votes cast in the City; the whole number of absent <br />voter ballots and mail ballots cast. <br />4. Declares the names of the persons voted for. <br />5. Declares and Determines the names of those elected. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends the City Council adopt the attached resolution. <br />atch: Resolution <br />1 <br />
