RANCHO PLAZA <br />COMMERCIAL <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Rancho Plaza Commercial Project was approved by the Planning Commission <br />on September 15, 1992 as a C.U.P. Modification. <br />The site location is <br />approximately 200 feet northerly of the intersection of Valley Blvd. and <br />Rancho Avenue and is on the westerly side of Rancho Avenue. <br />(see attachment "All for location map) <br />During the Plan Check process, <br />the Traffic Engineer deem it necessary to <br />require an additional 7 foot street dedication, for the placement of a <br />public sidewalk. <br />aU-_MMARY-. <br />As a requirementof the Plan Check review, the applicant has *submitted the <br />required documents which have been reviewed by the Engineering Division of <br />Public works and they meet all required standards. <br />(see attachment "B" for copy of document. <br />RECOMMENDATION - <br />Staff recommends that the City Council accept this street dedication and <br />authorize the City Clerk to execute the recording of this document. <br />City Manager's Concurrence <br />Report prepared by James King <br />B:SEVENAG <br />Atta&hments 2 <br />I <br />
