Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Date <br />Approval of Water Agreement with Hood <br />Communication, Inc. and Acceptance of <br />Grant Deed for Water Property and Easement <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Hood Communication, Inc. is offering the City of Colton property located on South <br />La Cadena Drive for the use of the Water Division in order for the City to supply <br />water services to their property on Iowa Avenue. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />Attached is an agreement to supply water to Hood Communication, Inc., along with <br />a grant deed dedicating the above mentioned property to the City of Colton.
