J <br />�e <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For Council Meeting of March 1, 1994 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Recreation and Human Services Department <br />SUBJECT: COOLEY RANCH PARK CONSTRUCTION PROJECT BIDS Date: 2-15-94 <br />BACKGROUND <br />The proposed site for the, Cooley Ranch Park Construction Project is a vacant, 2.5 acre <br />strip of land located off of Cooley Drive just north of the new Cooley Ranch School. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Two bids were received by the City and they were opened in the City Hall chambers at <br />2 P.M. on February 14, 1994. Subsequently staff was informed by GTS & Associates <br />that a bid specifications had been revised to account for changes in the site from the <br />construction of the new Cooley Ranch Elementary School. In the interest of quality <br />control, staff would like to re -bid this project using the updated specifications.
