Lavin, Water Utilities Manager <br />SUBJECT: Date: <br />Acceptance of Katz Well Project, #PW90-11 as 100% <br />Complete & Authorize the Filing of the Notice of Completion <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Katz Well is located on Cooley Lane, south of Hunts Lane and was donated to <br />the City by a developer. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />On June 15, 1993 Council awarded the rehabilitation contract for Katz Well to So - <br />Cal Pump and Supply. All work has been completed per the specifications, and the <br />contractor is requesting that the notice of completion be filed. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that Council accept the Katz Well Project, #PW90-1 1 as 100% <br />complete and authorize the filing of the notice of completion. <br />LJ/Ij <br />CITY MANAGER'S CONCURRENC . <br />Attachments: <br />Page 1 of___ — Item No._ /A — <br />
