AGENDA COLTON CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED SPECIAL MEETING <br />JUNE 189 1996 6:30 P. M. <br />MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PROCEDURES FOR ADDRESSING CITY COUNCIL <br />Please obtain a card from the City Clerk and fill out, noting the item number listed on the Agenda. The City Council <br />encourages public input on all City issues within the Rules of Decorum as follows: <br />DECORUM AND ORDER <br />To help conduct the business of the City Council in an orderly fashion, the City Council has <br />adopted rules pertaining to Decorum and Order. The City Council will strictly enforce these <br />rules in order to allow full expression of ideas and opinion by citizens, staff or legal counsel. <br />The rules are summarized below: <br />Unauthorized remarks from the audience, stamping of feet, whistling, clapping, yelling, and similar <br />demonstrations shall NOT he permitted by the Presiding Officer. Any disrupting demonstrations shall be cause <br />for the Chief of Police to clear the Council Chambers or to remove individual offenders upon direction of the <br />Presiding Officer. <br />Any person who verbally attacks other individuals, groups, or City Officials, or otherwise becomes boisterous <br />while addressing the Council, or while attending the Council Meeting, shall be ruled out of order by the <br />Presiding Officer (or the City Manager or City Attorney at the direction of the Presiding Officer) will instruct <br />the person to follow the Council Rules. If the person does not cease, the Presiding Officer will instruct the <br />Chief of Police to remove the person from the Council Chambers and bar him/her from further audience before <br />the Council. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATION: <br />(1) Final Review and Approval of Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget, RESOLUTION NOS.
