MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: FLAG SALUTE: INVOCATION: Chaplain Bob Johnson ROLL CALL: CLOSED SESSION: (A) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, to Confer with its Labor Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding Negotiations with Representatives of the Fire, Police Rank & File and Police Management Bargaining Units. (B) The City Council will meet in Closed Session to confer with its Real Property Negotiator, Gracie Fernandez Harmon, regarding negotiations relating to property located on Meridian and Pepper Avenues as more fully described in Resolution No. R-47-97 and relating to the real property located at 345 E. "W Street. (C) The City Council will meet in Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), to Confer with its Legal Counsel regarding the following matters of Pending Litigation: Qv of Colton v.
