RAMOS <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />Approved this 4th day of April, 1978. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />ADJOURNED COUNCIL MEETING <br />March 28, 1978 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 5:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Hayes, Cisneros, and Mayor Gonzales. Also <br />present were City Manager Calabrese, City Attorney Edwards, and City <br />Clerk Ramos. <br />Councilman Rehrer entered the Council Chambers at 5:10 p. m. <br />Grant Acceptance <br />City Manager Calabrese presented Resolution No. 3798 for Council's con- <br />sideration and approval, concerning the City of Colton's acceptance of <br />a federal grant in the amount of $975,000, from the United States Depart- <br />ment of Commerce, Economic Development Administration, to assist in the <br />constructing and equiping of a spine road (Mt. Vernon Avenue) in the City <br />of Colton. Mr. Calabrese stated the Resolution authorizes the Mayor and <br />City Clerk to sign the grant forms. <br />Moved by Councilman Hayes, seconded by Councilwoman Cisneros, to approve <br />Resolution No. 3798, and authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br />Grant Forms. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />3798 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />ACCEPTING AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATION, UNITED <br />STATES DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE OFFER OF GRANT FOR CON- <br />STRUCTION OF SPINE ROAD (MT.
