120 City Attorney Edwards advised the City Council will hold an Adjourned Regular Meeting next Tuesday, November 12, 1985, to consider Second Reading of Ordinance No. 1691, and will adjourn to a Closed Session to discuss Labor Relation Matters. Mr. Edwards stated inasmuch as there will be no action taken at the Adjourned Meeting, it would be the choice of the public, press, etc., if they desired to attend. ADJOURNMENT: Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:26 p. m., to meet for an Adjourned Regular Meeting on Tuesday, November 12, 19859 at 5:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall. _ HELEN A. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia, and Mayor Huntoon. Also present were City Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Staff Members present were Acting Director of Finance Andengaard and Director of Personnel Madsen. Also present were representatives from Ralph Anderson & Associates. Ordinance No. 1691 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1691 for Second Read- ing, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 1691 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF (Second Reading) COLTON AMENDING CHAPTER 5.28 OF THE COLTON MUNI- CIPAL CODE RELATING TO NUDE ENTERTAINMENT AND COM- MERCIAL NUDITY. Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1691. Unanimous vote. CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Edwards announced the City Council will adjourn to Closed Session to discuss Pending Litigation Matters, Carroll versus City of Colton, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Labor Relations Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.
