CALL <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros*, Rehrer, and Mayor Huntoon <br />Also present were City"Manager Elliott, City Attorney Edwards, and <br />Deputy City Clerk Veralrud. Absent was Councilwoman Garcia and City <br />Clerk Ramos. <br />Staff Members present were Acting Director of Finance Andengaard, Di- <br />rector of Personnel Madsen, and Attorney Bruce Barsook. Also present <br />were representatives from Ralph Anderson & Associates. <br />*Councilwoman Cisneros entered the meeting at 5:50 p. m. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Edwards announced the City Council will adjourn to Closed <br />Session to discuss Pending Litigation Matters, Carroll versus City of <br />Colton, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Labor Relations, <br />Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and Personnel <br />Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957. <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:35 p. m., and recon- <br />vened at 7:10 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at this <br />time, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 7:10 p. m. <br />JANE M.
