1671C <br />Ordinance No. 1680 <br />Second Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 1680 for Second Reading, <br />reading it as to number and title only: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1680 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON AMENDING ORDI- <br />(Second Reading) NANCE NO. 1122 AND SECTION 2.48.050 OF THE COLTON <br />MUNICIPAL CODE REVISING EXEMPT POSITIONS. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pasts <br />Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 1680. Unanimous vote. <br />Wle..+-4^",n <br />City Attorney Edwards stated' there is a copy of an ordinance before the <br />Council Members this evening relating to the consolidation of the City <br />election with the Statewide County Election in November, 1986. Mr. <br />Edwards stated this is an informational item and no action is necessary <br />from the Council this evening. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45 p. m., to discuss <br />Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, <br />and reconvened at 9:05 p. m., all Members present. <br />Resolution No. 4578 <br />City Attorney Edwards read in full Resolution No. 4578, relating to the <br />employing of Ralph Anderson & Associates to perform a classification <br />and compensation study for the City of Colton. <br />Moved by Mayor Huntoon, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve Resolu- <br />tion No. 4578. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4578 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON EMPLOYING RALPH ANDERSON AND ASSOCIATES. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded Councilman Rios and unanimous- <br />ly passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:15 p. m. <br />?AME M.
