Mr. Edwards stated this is an informational item and no action is necessary from the Council this evening. CLOSED SESSION: The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:45 p. m., to discuss Meet and Confer Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and reconvened at 9:05 p. m., all Members present.
