141 <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Ordinance No. 0-1-86 <br />First Reading <br />City Attorney Edwards introduced and read the title of Ordinance No. <br />0-1-86. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-1-86 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />(First Reading) OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING SPECIFIED <br />NUDITY IN SALOONS, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIO- <br />LATIONS, METHODS FOR ENFORCEMENT, AND REPEALING <br />CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF PRIOR ORDINANCES. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to pass <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 0-1-86, and waive further reading. Vote <br />was unanimous. <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />Mr. Gabriel Lopez, Colton resident, advised there are many lights that <br />O need replacing in Municipal Park, and for the safety of the community <br />❑ and those using the park, he felt the City should take care of this <br />LO matter. <br />❑ City Manager Elliott stated the City has received other calls on this <br />Co item, and they are now attempting to rectify the problem. <br />Q CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 8:10 p. m., to discuss <br />Matters of Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a) <br />Case No. 202080, Lopez vs City of Colton, et al., and Labor Relations <br />Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, and reconvened at <br />8:55 p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilwoman Garcia and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 9:00 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
