RAMOS, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />City of Colton <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 11, 1989 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located <br />at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 5:14 p.m., Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 79 1989, in compliance <br />with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CAT.T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. <br />Also present were City Manager Benest and City Attorney Edwards. Abseni <br />was Councilman Rehrer and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:14 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and Pend- <br />ing Litigation, regarding Eminent Domain Proceedings, pursuant to Gov- <br />ernment Code Section 54956.8, and reconvened at 7:17 p. m., all Members <br />present. <br />Councilman Rehrer entered the Closed Session at 5:20 p. m. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 7:18 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
