77 <br />SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 18, 1989 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located <br />at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, at 6:30 p.m., Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 14, 1989, in compliance <br />with Government Code Section 54956. <br />R n T. T. r A T. T. <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 6:31 p. m., to discuss <br />Pending Litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), re- <br />garding'Eminent Domain Proceedings, Coelho property at -Rancho Avenue <br />and Agua Mansa Road, and reconvened at 7 : 44° p . 'm.. ,' all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 7:45 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
