Ordinance No. 0-5-89 Second Reading City Attorney Edwards introduced Ordinance No. 0-5-89 for Second Reading, reading it as to number and title only: ORDINANCE NO. 0-5-89 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF (Second Reading) COLTON ADOPTING BY REFERENCE "CHAPTER 3 OF DIVI- SION 3 OF TITLE 1 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY CODE" AND MAKING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS THERETO. Moved by Councilman Rios, seconded by Councilman Rehrer, to pass Second Reading and adopt Ordinance No. 0-5-89. Unanimous vote. RECESS: The City Council recessed at 8:45 p. m., to take up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton, and reconvened at 9:08 p.m., all Members present. Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. Invocation was offered by Pastor Stephen Anderson, Healing Waters Church. ROLL CALL: Council Members present were Rios, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilwoman Cisneros.
