ADJOURNED CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />APRIL 19, 1990 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular <br />Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 4:45 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Young and City Clerk Ramos. <br />Absent was City Attorney Edwards. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Memorandum of Understanding <br />Res. No. R-33-90 <br />City Manager Young recommended approval.and ratification of the Memo- <br />randum of Understanding for Members of the Colton Police Management <br />Association and Resolution No. R-33-90. <br />Moved by Councilwoman Cisneros, seconded by Councilman Rios, to approve <br />and ratify Memorandum of Understanding and Resolution No. R-33-90. <br />Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-33-90 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON TO CONSIDER MEMORANDUM OF UNDER- <br />STANDING FOR MEMBERS OF THE COLTON POLICE <br />MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, CITY OF COLTON, EF- <br />FECTIVE DECEMBER 24, 1989. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session -at 4:48 p. m., to discuss <br />Personnel Matters, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, and re- <br />convened at 5:2O p. m., all Members present. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Lofy and unanimously <br />passed, Mayor Gonzales adjourned the Meeting at 5:20 p. m, to meet for <br />an Adjourned Meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 1990, at 4:30 p. m., in <br />the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />HELEN A.
