COUNCIL MEETING <br />FEBRUARY 18, 1992 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 7:35 p. m., in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE• <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the <br />Flag. <br />INVOCATION• <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Bob Johnson who is present in <br />place and stead of Chaplain Kim Starr. <br />ROLL CALL• <br />Councilmembers present were Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor Gonzales. Also <br />r-- present were City Manager Lewis, Deputy City Attorney Biggs, and <br />Deputy City Clerk Delgado. Absent were Councilmembers Cisneros and <br />Roman. Also absent was City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />Mayor Gonzales announced modification of Item 8 where the street <br />name change should correctly read as "RV Center Drive." <br />(1) Minutes <br />February 4, 1992 - Regular Meeting. <br />(2) Warrants <br />113487 through 113834, 175619 through 175659, February 7, <br />1992. <br />(3) Bid <br />Award of Bid of Four Wheel Drive Front Loader. <br />(4) Block Grant <br />Public Hearing set for March 3, 1992, on the Community <br />Development Block Grant 1992-93 Project Priority, per <br />Cooperating Cities Agreement with San Bernardino <br />County. <br />1 <br />
