CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />DECEMBER 4, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:04 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil, Mitchell, Oliva, Yzaguirre, Toro, and <br />Mayor Chastain. CM De La Rosa absent. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />item A thru C, and removing Item D. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CM Oliva recused herself from discussion on Item C <br />due to Conflict of Interest as her spouse is employed by the Union Pacific Railroad who is one <br />of the owners of the property in question. <br />A.
