CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COU NCI L/REDEVELOPM ENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />DECEMBER 18, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:00 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Oliva, De La Rosa, Toro, and Mayor Chastain. CM <br />Yzaguirre arrived at 5:04 p.m. and Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil arrived at 5:22 p.m. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Item A Special Meeting Closed Session and Item A of the Regular Meeting Closed Session. <br />SPECIAL MEETING CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
