CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY <br />MARCH 4, 2008 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:07 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, CM Suchil arrived at 5:10 p.m., Toro, Yzaguirre, De La <br />Rosa, Oliva, Mitchell, and Mayor Chastain. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />None. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss items A and B. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Representative: Anthony Arroyo, Human Resources Director <br />Employee Organization: Police Management Association <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(a) <br />Case Name: City of Colton v. American Promotional Events, Inc. - West, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court Case No. CV 05-01479 DDP(Ex) <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:08 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on <br />the items previously announced with no reportable action on Item A and B. <br />A.
