CITY OF COLTON COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES APRIL 8, 2008 A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the City of Colton was held at 5:32 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California Mayor Chastain presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 7, 2008, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Toro, De La Rosa, Oliva, Mitchell, Suchil, and Mayor Chastain. Also present were City Manager Parrish, and Chief Deputy City Clerk Flores. CM Yzaguirre arrived at 5:36 p.m. MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF APRIL 8, 2008. Mayor Chastain asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. PUBLIC COMMENT: The following citizens addressed the council: Patricia Pierce acknowledged the Council. Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following matters: First Amendment to Common Area Improvement Agreement Approve and Adopt Agency Resolution No. 870 Approving First Amendment to Common Area Improvement Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and the Rancho Mediterrania Homeowners Association, Providing for the Payment of Bonds by the Agency, RESOLUTION NO. 870. Motion/second by Mayor Pro Tem Mitchell/Suchil to approve and adopt Agency Resolution No. 870. Motion carried with CM Yzaguirre absent from dais. ADJOURNMENT.
