American Promotional Events, Inc. — West, et al. <br />Case Number: US District Court Case No. CV 05-01479 DDP(Ex) <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54957 <br />Property: APN 0161-221-04, 05 & 67 <br />Agency Negotiator: Candace E. Pham <br />Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:08 p.m. and at 6:03 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on the <br />items previously announced with no reportable action, note for the record that on Item B <br />previously announced government code section as 54957 and it should read 54956.8 with no <br />reportable action, , . <br />1 .
