The Board of Trustees of the C ` ty of Colton do ordain as follows: SECTION I. That the right and privilege be an(I is hereby granted to the Southern Pacific Railroad Comoany, and the Southern Pacific Company its successors and assigns, to lay and construct and for the period of fi-- ty years to operate and maintain a certain Rcailraad tracks along and across those certain. :streets designated as t1K" and "L" streets in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, at the several points described as follows: A track;;hose center line follows a left curve of radius 392.6 feet leaving the S.P.R.R.Co's: right of way at a point in the north line of 11K11 street,thirty feet,more or le8s,westerly from the produced east line of Twelveth Street, and passes throuth a point in the ,xiesterly line of. Twelveth street ten fe-t,nore or less, southerly from the south line of 11K11 street. All in "K 11 and Twelveth streets. A track, whose ce.lter line follows a right curve with radius 657.9 fent, leaving the right of way of the S.P.R.R.Co's. at point in the north line of "K'f street, 108 feet, more or less, westerly from the Produced westerly line of Twelveth street, and passes through a point in the south 1-1 of 11K,f street, situated 70 feet, more or less, from the west line of Twelveth Street. All in "K" street. A track, whose center lies parallel irith and 30 feet from the west Zine of Twelveth street across the 20 feet alley -way between Eleventh and Twelveth and "K" ano 11L11 streets. A track crossing the 20 foot alley -way between Eleventh and Twelveth anc: "KI? and "L" streets, center line entering the alley on the north side at a point distant 37 feet, more or less, westerly from the West line of Twelveth street, and e,,nergine from said alley at a point in the south line distant 32 feet, more or less from the west line of Tyrelveth street.
