ORrINANCE NO a <br />AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MUZZLING OF ALL DOGS RUlvNING AT <br />LARGE IN THE CITY OF COTTON. <br />The Board of Trustees of theCity of Colton do Ordain as <br />Fo? lovrs;� <br />Section One, That it shall be the duty rf every* person <br />owning anymd do" or doss ind allowing thea to run at large <br />within �theity of Colton, to securely muzzle such doh; or <br />`� <br />dogs,.,eo as to prevent them from biting animals or persons* <br />Section Two;- That any sag shall be deedmed to be running at <br />large when found off the premises of the owner and not securely <br />tied, or is not beim* led by leash. <br />Section Three,��� <br />That it shall be the duty of the 1-2arshal of. the <br />City of Colton to destroy any dog found off the promises of the <br />owner, and not so muzzled, tied or leashodo <br />Section Four. <br />That the owner of any dog who allows the same to <br />run at large without being so muzzled shall be guilty of a <br />misdemeanor and shall upon convic*ion thereof be fined in <br />any sura not exceeding Twenty Five Dollars* <br />r <br />_ d;l ar'....-...�.�._._� <br />Pro <br />resident of.
