<br />fifty (50) years to maintain and operate^ railrc;ad upon and
<br />across certain streets, and over the route and right of way
<br />herein deser?.bed, in said City of Colton, together with certain
<br />appurtenant and incident rights.
<br />The Board of Trustees of the City of Colton do ordain as
<br />fellows
<br />Section 1. That the right and privilege be and_ the s`tme
<br />is hereby granted to

<br />811.ccessors and assigns, to construct, and for the period of
<br />fifty (50) years to maintain and c7per��te an electric railroad
<br />as a pert and extension of its railroad to be constructed, main-
<br />tained and operated between the City of Calton, California, and
<br />other cities and towns, with two or more tracks, in whole or in,,)
<br />part, at the option of said grantee, its successors and assigns,
<br />over the route and across the following streets or highways,
<br />to -wit:
<br />All these portions of Colton Avenue, .tort,. Vernon Avenue,
<br />"T" Street, "C" Street, 12th Street, "D" Street, "E" Street,
<br />11th Street, "�" Street, 10th Street, "rP" Street and "H" Street,
<br />and all other strr,ets or alleys or public places wl ich are in-
<br />cluded within a strip of land forty (40) feet in width, the
<br />center line of which is described as follows, to -wit:

<br />of Colton, where said boundary line is intersected by a line

<br />line, to a point in Plock 96 of the "Town of Colton", as per
<br />Map recorded in 7,1ap Pcok 9, page 37, in the office of the
<br />County Recorder of San 'Bernardino County; thence southwesterly

<br />Of 9th Street, between "H" and "I" Streets.
