R-103-07 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 CAPITAL <br />IMRPOVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET BY ALLOCATING THE RANDALL BASIN <br />PROJECT $300,000. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); <br />WHEREAS, the budget for the City of Colton for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2007 <br />and ending June 30, 2008 was approved on June 19, 2007; <br />WHEREAS, the approved budget is in accordance with all applicable ordinances of <br />the City and all applicable statutes of the State; and <br />WHEREAS, the reallocation of the appropriations between departmental activities <br />may be made by the City Manager, Amendments (increases/decreases) to the Budget shall be <br />by approval and Resolution of the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is dedicated to improving City <br />infrastructure and the aesthetics of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the funding has been identified for the allocation of this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DO <br />HEREBY RESOLVE that unallocated ARMC Development Fees be budgeted for in the <br />following manner for the Randall Basin Project: <br />Decrease budgetary fund balance in fund 754 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 754-8102-450 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 450-8101-754 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 225-5880 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 225-8102-450 by $150,000 <br />Increase account 450-8101-225 by $150,000 <br />
