I <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-10-08 <br />2 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA TO <br />3 PRIORITIZE THE TYPE OF PROJECTS TO BE FUNDED BY COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2008-2009. <br />4 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />5 DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />6 WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Colton elected to enter into a Cooperation <br />7 Agreement with the County of San Bernardino in order to receive Community Development Block Grant <br />8 (CDBG) funds; and, <br />9 WHEREAS, as a Cooperating City, the City of Colton anticipates receiving $455,059.00 in <br />10 Community Development Block Grant funds for: FY 2008-2009; and, <br />11 WHEREAS, the City must inform the County as to which eligible projects will be funded with <br />12 CDBG funds. <br />13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Colton <br />14 Prioritizes and allocates CDBG funds for the following projects for FY 2008-2009; <br />15 Proposed Project Colton CDBG Funds Recommended Type <br />District <br />16 New- Pave Nine Dirt Alleys Various $75,000 Construction <br />17 <br />New- Colton -Sidewalk improvements in 3 $25,000 Construction <br />18 Various Locations <br />19 New- Colton -Sidewalk improvements in 3 $25,000 Construction <br />Various Locations <br />20 New- Colton -Sidewalk improvements in 4 $25,000 Construction <br />Various Locations <br />21 <br />New- Colton -Sidewalk improvements in 4 $25,000 Construction <br />22 Various Locations <br />23 <br />New- Colton -Installation of Curb, Gutter, $280,059 Construction <br />Concrete, Handicap Ramp Landscaping 4 <br />24 and Irrigation <br />Total: $455,059 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />R-10-08 <br />
