R-18-09 <br />RESOLUTION TO GRANT ANOTHER DESIGNATED PERIOD FOR TWO YEARS <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICE CREDIT FOR ELIGIBLE MISCELLANEOUS MEMBERS <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton is a contracting Public Agency of the <br />Public Employee's Retirement System; and <br />WHEREAS, said Public Agency desires to provide another designated period for Two <br />Years of Additional Service Credit, Government Code Section 20903 and 7507, based on <br />contract amendment included in said contract that provided for Section 20903, Two Years <br />Additional Service Credit, for the eligible Local Safety and Miscellaneous Members; and, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said City Council does seek to add <br />another designated period and does hereby authorize this Resolution, indicating a desire to <br />add a designated period from April 8, 2009 to July 9, 2009 for the eligible Local Safety and <br />Miscellaneous Members in the following positions: <br />MISCELLANEOUS MEMBER <br />Community Development Director <br />Planning Manager <br />Associate Library Manager <br />Equipment Maintenance Manager <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of April 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />EILEEN C.
