R-14-10 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON TO <br />APPROVE THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION CONTRACT <br />AMENDMENT CLTK-9061 FOR FISCAL YEAR 2009-2010 <br />WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Education has approved the <br />amended Contract CLTK-9061 for Latchkey Childcare Services for fiscal year 2009-10. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve as <br />follows: <br />Section 1 The City approves the State of California Amendment Contract CLTK-9061, <br />pertaining to Latchkey Childcare Services. <br />Section 2 The City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the applicable documents on <br />behalf of the City to execute this agreement. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of April, 2010. <br />KELLY J. , H STAIN, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />C'Mc'i <br />EILEEN C.
