R-21-10 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE ADMINISTERING <br />AGENCY -STATE MASTER AGREEMENT NO. 003015 AND PROGRAM <br />SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. OG71 REV. 000 FOR LINCOLN <br />ELEMENTARY SAFE ROUTE TO SCHOOL — PROJECT NO. SR2SL- <br />5065(021); AUTHORIZE INCREASING THE FISCAL YEAR 2009/2010 <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM BUDGET IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$3,540. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton desires to improve the <br />safety of the school route along unimproved City right of way from Bordwell Avenue <br />to B Street near Lincoln Elementary School; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Colton has received a Safe Route <br />To School (SR2S) State Grant for the improvement of unimproved City right of way <br />near Lincoln Elementary School; and <br />WHEREAS, the State requires that Administering Agency -State Master <br />Agreement No. 00301 S (Master Agreement) and the Program Supplement Agreement <br />No. OG71 Rev. 000 (Program Supplement Agreement) be fully executed by the City <br />and the State before any invoices for reimbursement can be processed; and <br />WHEREAS, the State requires that the City adopt and attach a resolution <br />identifying the project and the official authorized to execute the Master Agreement and <br />Program Supplement Agreement. <br />
