CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POSSIBLE INITIATION OF LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d)(4) <br />1 Potential Case: Club 215 Consent Decree <br />CONTINUED TO THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br /> Agency designated representatives: Elvie Balderrama, Human Resources Director <br /> Employee Groups: General Unit, Mid-Management Unit, Confidential Group, Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association, Colton Police Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association, <br />Colton Fire Association; International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Water and <br />Wastewater <br /> <br />C. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br /> Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b) <br /> Title: City Manager <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. and at 6:04 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed Items B and C; <br />Item B: discussed with direction to staff and no reportable action; Item C: discussion will continue after the <br />adjournment of the Regular Council Meeting. <br />
