CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POSSIBLE INITIATION OF LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d)(4) <br />One (1) potential case: Club 215 Consent Decree <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />Initiation of Litigation, Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) <br />One (1) potential case <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br /> Agency designated representatives: Elvie Balderrama, Human Resources Director <br /> Employee Groups: General Unit, Mid-Management Unit, Confidential Group, Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association, Colton Fire Association, Water and Wastewater <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. and at 6:02 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A through C with <br />direction to staff and no reportable action.
