(District 2/VACANT) <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, City Attorney Campos, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Campos announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item A through C. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to California Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d)(4) <br />One (1) potential case: Club 215 Consent Decree <br /> <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – POTENTIAL LITIGATION <br /> Significant Exposure to Litigation Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (d)(2)/(e)(1) <br /> One Potential Case <br /> <br />C. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br /> Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br /> Agency designated representatives: Bill Smith, City Manager and Haydee Sainz, Human Resources <br />Director <br /> Employee Group: General Unit and Mid-Managers Unit <br /> <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. and at 6:05 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present heretofore. <br /> <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session regarding Item A and B with <br />direction to staff and no reportable action; the balance of the Closed Session Agenda will be discussed after the <br />adjournment of the Regular Council Meeting. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
