2017 JANUARY 03 CC/SARDA/CUA/CPFA/CHA SPECIAL MEETING - 1 - <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> FOR THE CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />CLOSED SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> <br />January 3, 2017 <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 5:00 p.m. on the above- <br />given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California, Mayor Pro Tem Suchil presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on December <br />29, 2016, in compliance with Government Code Section 54954.2. <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Toro (appeared at 5:15 p.m.), Jorrin, Navarro, González, Woods, <br />MPT Suchil, and Mayor DeLaRosa (appeared at 5:08 p.m.). <br /> <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Smith, Attorney Crawford, and City Clerk Padilla. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None <br /> <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />Attorney Crawford announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session to Discuss Item <br />A. <br /> <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency designated representatives: Elvie Balderrama, Human Resources Director <br />Employee Groups: General Unit, Mid-Management Unit, Confidential Group, Colton <br />Police Officers Association, Colton Police Management Association, Colton Police <br />Dispatchers Association, Colton Fire Association; International Brotherhood of Electrical <br />Workers (IBEW), Water and Wastewater <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Suchil adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:01 p.m. and at 7:37 p.m., <br />the meeting reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br /> <br />Attorney Crawford announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed Item A <br />with direction given to staff and no reportable action.
