R-05-15 3 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON 4 APPROVING AMENDMENT 01 TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF 5 EDUCATION CONTRACT CCTR-4199 FOR THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE SERVICES IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DIVISION OF THE 6 COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-2015, AND AMENDING THE 2014-15 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET TO REFLECT AN INCREASE 7 IN FUNDING FOR THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL AGE SERVICES 8 9 WHEREAS, the City of Colton entered into Contract CCTR-4199 with the California 10 Department of Education on July 15, 2014, for the provision of school age services by the I I Early Childhood Education Division of the Community Services Department, and; 12 WHEREAS, the Department of Education has issued Amendment 01 to this Contract 13 CCTR-4199, increasing the contract allocation of funds from $177,322 to $187,454. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve IS as follows: 16 17 Section 1: The staff report accompanying this resolution is found to be true, 18 adopted as findings, and incorporated into this resolution. 19 Section 2: City Council approves the State of California Contract Amendment 01 20 to Contract CCTR-4199, for the provision of school age services in the Early Childhood 21 Education Division of the Community Services Department. 22 Section 3: The City Manager, as Executive Director of the program, is hereby 23 authorized to sign the applicable documents on behalf of the City to execute this agreement. Section 4: In order to account for this increased funding, budget allocations for 24 Fiscal Year 2014-15 are hereby amended as follows. 25 . Revenue Account 206-5777-000 is increased by $10,132 26 . Expenditure Account 206-7200-7202-1040 is increased by $6,132 27 . Expenditure Account 206-7200-7202-2301 is increased by $4,000 28 Resolution R-05-15 Page I
