R-06-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014/15 TO APPROPRIATE <br />ADDITIONAL FUNDS IN THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT PUBLIC BENEFIT <br />LIVING WISE PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the budget for Fiscal Year 2014-15 has been approved by City Council, <br />and must now be amended to increase the appropriation in the Public Benefit Living Wise <br />Program not to exceed $5,500 to fund an additional 135 City of Colton students participation; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds are available in the Electric Department Public Benefit <br />Funds for the Living Wise Program. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Colton does hereby resolve <br />the following: <br />Section 1. The City Council hereby amends the fiscal year 2014/15 budget <br />appropriation as follows: <br />• Approve an appropriation in account number 526-8000-8035-2350-0923-000, Living <br />Wise Program, in the amount of $5,500.00. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 201h day of January 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
