R-10-15 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />DELEGATING TO THE CITY TREASURER THE AUTHORITY TO INVEST AND <br />REINVEST FUNDS FOR THE CITY AND TO SELL OR EXCHANGE SECURITIES. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Pursuant to the Government Code Section 53607, authority to invest and reinvest funds <br />of the City and to sell or exchange securities so purchased is delegated by the City Council to <br />the City Treasurer, or in the Treasurer's absence the Finance Director or in the absence of the <br />Finance Director the Finance Manager. <br />PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 201h day of January, 2015. <br />ATTEST: <br />CAROLINA R.
