R-10-13 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA <br />AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR <br />COMMENCING JULY 1, 2012 AND ENDING <br />JUNE 30, 2013 <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton adopted a budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br />2012 and ending June 30, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton conducts regular reviews of its budget as it is fiscally <br />prudent to do so; and <br />WHEREAS, based upon the latest review the City desires to amend the budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE COLTON DOES HEREBY I <br />RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows: <br />SECTION 1. The revised budgetary projections reflected on Exhibits A, B and C1 <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The recommended adjustments to the budget as summarized on Exhibits BI <br />and C, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, are hereby approved. <br />SECTION 3. The job description for the Water Conservation Specialist position <br />approved with a monthly salary range of $4,572 to $5,557. hi addition, the Senior Ene <br />Specialist position is hereby reclassified to be an Environmental and Conservation Supery <br />with the funding of the currently vacant Senior Energy Specialist position reallocated to fund <br />new position. The job descriptions for the above positions, as well as the City's revised sa <br />schedule that incorporates the above change are attached hereto, incorporated by reference <br />hereby approved. <br />
