R-17-13 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 21 OF RESOLUTION NO. 2119 PASSED AND <br />ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON ON THE SIXTH <br />DAY OF DECEMBER 1960, TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL THROUGH STREETS <br />AND STOP INTERSECTIONS. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Colton is a municipal corporation duly organized and existing <br />pursuant to the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"); and <br />WHEREAS, a warrant analysis has been conducted indicating stop signage is not <br />warranted for northbound and southbound traffic along La Cadena Drive approaching Litton <br />Avenue but an interim temporary traffic control device is necessary to address the sight <br />distance deficiency of the eastbound traffic; and <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Resolution 2119, Section 21 is amended to include La Cadena Drive approaching Litton <br />Avenue from the north and south. <br />PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 16th day of April 2013. <br />ATTEST- <br />EILEEN C.
