CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS - PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE <br />SECION 54956.8, PROPERTY OWNER: Tropica Ranch LLC APNs: 0275-192-07; 0163 -361-14 & 15 <br />PROJECT: Proposed Fire Station <br />B.
