CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8 <br />Property Address: 1351 West Valley Boulevard, APN Nos. 0162-281-04, 14, 34, 52, 56 and 66 <br />Negotiating Parties: Josefina Kenline, Interim City Manager; Arthur Morgan, Economic <br />Development Manager <br />Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Payment <br />Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:35 p.m. and at 7:35 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed <br />Item A with direction to staff and no reportable action. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 7: p.m. Mayor DeLaRosa adjourned the Special Meeting. <br />Carolina R.
