PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION/APPOINTMENT <br />City Attorney <br />Mayor Pro Tem Navarro adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. and at 6:02 p.m., the meeting <br />reconvened, with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Campos announced that the City Council met in Closed Session and discussed Items A through <br />D.
