CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL/SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/ <br />COLTON PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY AND <br />COLTON HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />January 9, 2014 <br />The Special Meeting of the Colton City Council was held on the above -given date and was called <br />to order at 5:01 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Sarah S. Zamora <br />presiding. Roll Call was announced by Office Specialist Faviola Medina as follows: <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Council Members Present Staff Present <br />Sarah S. Navarro <br />Deirdre H. Bennett <br />Isaac T. Suchil <br />Council Members/Staff Absent <br />Susan M. Oliva <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />None. <br />BUSINESS ITEMS <br />(1) Adopted a Resolution Advising Independent Cities Risk Management Authority <br />(ICRMA) that the City is withdrawing its membership in the Liability (General Liability <br />Insurance) Program, RESOLUTION NO. R -0I-14. <br />City Manager Stephen Compton and City Attorney Marco Martinez presented this item and <br />answered questions from Council Members. <br />Motion and second by MPT Toro/CM Bennett, to approve this item with necessary revisions to <br />the attached resolution to be completed by staff.
