Gomez announced that the Special Meeting would convene at <br />6:00 p.m. due to no Closed Session items. <br />The Special Meeting of the Colton City Council was held on the above -given date and was called <br />to order at 6:04 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tem David J.
