CITY OF COLTON COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY/COLTON .. PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES January 10, 2011 A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority/Colton Public Financing Authority of the City of Colton was held at 5:06 p.m., on the above given date at the City of Colton, City Council Chambers, located at 650 N. La Cadena Drive, Colton, CA 92324 with Mayor Zamora presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on January 6, 2011, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Council Members present: Toro, Gonzales, Yzaguirre, Oliva, Perez, Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett and Mayor Zamora. Also present were City Manager Foster, City Clerk Gomez, City Treasurer De La Torre and City Attorney Dean Derleth. MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST DISCLOSURES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF JANUARY 10, 2011. Mayor Zamora asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. PUBLIC COMMENT The following citizens addressed the Council: None MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following matters: PRESENTATIONS • Update on Operational Audit Recommendations and Department History/Services. Fire Chief Hendrix and Police Chief Miller provided a brief overview highlighting current budget recommendations. BUSINESS ITEM .w.. • Reconsideration of prior direction to approve Option 2 for Reinstating Live Web Streaming and consider placing an item on the January 18, 2011 Regular Council Meeting agenda to reconsider Option 1. City Manager Foster reviewed web streaming options and recommends Council reconsider and 2011 JAN 10 SPC CC/RDA/CUA MEETING - 1 -
