ADJOURNED REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />JULY 219 1997 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 5:57 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gaytan presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Chastain, Sanders, and Mayor Gaytan. Also <br />present were Acting City Manager Harmon, City Attorney Biggs, and City Clerk Barrera. <br />Councilmember Hutton absent. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Establish City Council's Mission and Goals <br />Without objection from Council, Mayor Gaytan tabled this item until the Interim City Manager is on <br />board thus allowing him time to review the mission and goal statements submitted by Council and <br />then a date can be set for a Study Session. <br />PUBLIC UTILITIES DIRECTOR REPORT'S AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Water Sale Agreement <br />Motion/second by, CM Bennett/Cook, to approve the Emergency Water Sales Agreement among the <br />City of Colton, the San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District and Reche Canyon Mutual <br />Water Company.
