CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 02, 1999 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above given date at 6:27 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Gaytan, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Assistant City Manager Daryl Parrish led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Bob Johnson led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Donald J. Sanders <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM James B. Grimsby <br />Mayor Karl E. Gaytan <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Garcia <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />CM Deirdre H. Bennett <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />The following persons addressed a variety of community items: John Longfield, Jeannie Garcia, <br />Ray Barrera and Houston Wisenten, who was asked to speak directly with Lt. Sullivan. <br />The following individuals spoke against proposed Resolution No. R-92-99: Isaac Suchil, Elaine <br />Craig, Teresa Delgado, Kathy Tevis, Susan Pottle, Steve Anderson and Margie Ramirez. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: Comments, Inter -Governmental Agency reports, <br />Information Session and Action Items: <br />Comments: <br />District 4 - CM Cook said it was tree -trimming time in District 4.
