COLTON CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 13, 2001 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:04 p.m., in the <br />Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilmember Ramos led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Sanders, Chastain, Ramos, Zamora, De La Rosa, and <br />Mayor Bennett. Also present were City Manager Garcia, City Attorney Carvalho, and City <br />Clerk Barrera. <br />Absent: <br />CM Richard A. DeLaRosa (Illness) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />The following citizens addressed the City Council: Vinnie (refused to state last name). <br />AGENDA REVIEW <br />City Manager Garcia introduced the second part of the Capital Improvement project <br />presentation done by Assistant City Manager Parrish. <br />ACTION ITEM: <br />Capital Improvement Projects <br />Assistant City Manager Daryl Parrish described, via power point presentation, past, <br />present and proposed capital improvement projects and proposed funding. Discussion <br />followed by Council with responses from staff. <br />The following departments highlighted specific projects: City Library, and Public Works <br />Department. Discussion and comments followed by Council and Public. <br />Assistant City Manager provided a summary of; List #1 Projects recommended for CIP <br />Funding. <br />MOTION AND VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/Chastain to approve project list <br />#1, motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent. <br />1 <br />
