De La Rosa <br />CM Helen A. Ramos <br />CM John D. Mitchell <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Parrish <br />Mayor Deirdre H. Bennett <br />Acting Deputy City Clerk Flores <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />CM Sarah S. Zamora <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />DECEMBER 18, 2001 <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. <br />Gift disclosure by Councilmember Ramos — Scholarship Ticket donated by John Reichel, Item <br />No. 7. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />✓ Introduction by Daryl Parrish of City Engineer, Amer Jakher <br />✓ Proclamation to King Humanitarian and Global Foundation <br />✓ Presentation by Mayor Bennett to Ray Abril, Jr., Retired Colton Joint Unified School <br />Board Member. Mr. Abril acknowledged his family members, friends, and citizens of the <br />community, expressing gratitude to all for their support, and made comments on the <br />progress of the City. <br />1 <br />
